The short version: you pay $14.99 once and the tool is yours to use; your pictures stay yours and never reach us.

Price and payment

Contact Sheets costs $14.99 (USD), paid once through Stripe at checkout. The card is charged at the moment of checkout. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing is charged again.

What you get, and what we are responsible for

The licence is for your own use of the tool on any machine you can reach it from. The tool runs inside your browser: your pictures are read from your own disk by your own machine and are never sent to us, so we have no custody of them and no copy to restore. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is not a substitute for your own professional judgement — keep the originals of anything that matters; the tool never overwrites them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months before a claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss or lost profit.

Changes and ending it

If the page is ever withdrawn, the licence's remaining value is refunded as set out in Refunds. You may stop using it at any time; nothing remains on our side to close, because there is no account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
